Ok. Yes I do like the grunge style, and I do like Nirvana... but this is weird. When I came back from New York I saw this picture of Nirvana in a book about Kurt Cobain. Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl did this shoot for Rolling Stone magazine back in 1992. Take a look at Cobains jumper....
....and then you take a look at my vintage jumper.....I bought this at Bacons Closet in Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY for 15 dollars. Couldn`t be more similar, right?

Wearing what? jeans from BikBok, jacket from the sunday marked at Birkelunden and a bag from legendary rock band AC/DC. AC/DC is still rockin` and back on the top of the norwegian album chart with Black Ice. I was lucky to see them at Wachovia Arena on final dress rehearsal last sunday, and my boyfriend bought me this AC/DC-bag and a tee from their Rock N Roll Train-tour. in New York. Dope! LET THERE BE ROCK..!
We are all inspired by Mary-Kate and Ashley, aren`t we? After years of waiting for an interview or meeting, Hillevi and I finally got to meet them at Barnes &Noble in New York last week, october 28th at 12.30.
Only 400 copies of theire book "influence" where signed by the popular twins. We waited 6 hours outside the bookstore, while it was raining- pluss 3 hours in store, before we finally got to meet the girls. The rules where more strict than ever; No talking, no questions, no pictures and no jackets!
But we did get connection- and you can read about it in the next issue of topp magazine, and - oh yes... they signed my book..
Love the biker trend, and did find some nice vintage Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles tees in NY. This is one out of 4. All tees have prints on the back as well, and is size XL- so my boyfriend can use them...This is from 1987, Phoenix, AZ

As some of you may have noticed - I am totally back in the grunge-mood of styling. I used to wear doc martens, band tees, and old knitted jumpers in the early 90s, when Kurt Cobain still were alive, all the cool boys at school dressed like him and we all listened to Nirvana...This is my new favorite Kurt Cobain tee from Cheap Jacks vintage Clothing in New York. Things have happened since the original air-cushioned Dr. Martens boots were designed by the German doctor Klaus Maertens in 1945. The black original doc. Martens is still the most popular, but If you want a shiny girlie model; you can get doc. Martens in purple, grey or pink next season. I still have a pair of docs, bought 13 years ago, but they are way too big, - remember I bought them so I could have plenty of socks in it. Yesterday I tried the new models on at the press day at Star pr, but black is still my favorite.
I love to customize my clothes, and since I love studs, my new project is a studded vest! My boyfriend have the coolest AC/DC vest from he was a teenager- now I want my own.
